Frequently asked questions

Quick answers about templates, exports and your data.

Is it free to use?

Yes — the Free plan is free forever. Create a free account (no password, just an email code) to build, save and download your resume. Pro, Premium and Ultimate add more AI uses, premium templates and your public link, from 7 days.

Which formats can I download?

PDF, Word (.docx), PNG, JPEG, HTML, Markdown, plain text and a project file (.json) you can re-import later.

How do I start from a template?

Open the Templates page and click a design, or open the editor and use the “Choose template” button in the left panel.

Will changing the template erase my resume?

Choosing a different template replaces the current content. If you have unsaved changes the editor asks you to confirm first — export the project file (.json) if you want a backup.

Where is my data stored?

Drafts are kept in your browser. When you are signed in you can also save a resume to your account. Clearing site data or switching devices loses the browser draft, so save to your account or download a copy when you are done.

How long are my saved resumes kept?

On the FREE plan, a resume saved to your account is kept for 45 days from the day you created it. With Pro, Premium or Ultimate (or the public-link add-on) nothing is deleted while it is active, and your resumes are kept for 45 more days after it ends. Your dashboard shows the date for each resume.

Can I use multiple pages?

Yes. The editor supports several pages; add or reorder them from the layers panel.
