Refund & Cancellation Policy

The AI Pass is a one-time, prepaid digital service. It gives your LegalResume account a higher number of AI uses (AI Resume Builder and AI ATS review) for a fixed number of days, starting the moment the payment is confirmed. The price and length shown on the Pricing page at the time you pay are the ones that apply.

• The AI Pass never renews automatically and no mandate or auto-debit is set up, so there is nothing to cancel to stop future charges.
• You can stop using the pass at any time. It simply ends on its expiry date and your account returns to the free plan.
• The free tools (editor, templates, exports and basic ATS score) are not affected by buying or not buying a pass.

• You were charged more than once for the same checkout (duplicate payment).
• Money was deducted but the pass was never activated on your account and we cannot activate it.
• You ask within 7 days of purchase and have not used any AI uses since the pass started.
• The AI features were unavailable because of a problem on our side for most of your pass period. In this case we may instead extend your pass by the lost time, if you prefer.

• Change of mind after AI uses have been consumed during the pass.
• Unused days or unused AI uses at the end of the pass period.
• Results you did not like. AI writes suggestions; you are responsible for reviewing what you use.
• Accounts suspended for misuse described in the Terms of Service.

UPI and bank payments can take a few minutes to confirm. While a payment is pending, do not pay again: your pass is activated automatically as soon as the payment gateway confirms it. You can press Check status on your Billing page at any time.

If a payment fails but money left your account, it is normally returned to you by your bank or the payment gateway automatically. If it has not arrived within 7 working days, contact us with the order reference and we will follow it up.

1. Open your Billing page and copy the order reference (it starts with sub_).
2. Email support@legalresume.in from the address on your account with the reference and a short reason.
3. We reply within 3 working days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–7 working days.

We may update this policy. Changes apply to purchases made after the new version is published; the version in force when you paid applies to that purchase.
